The Chaplain's Office organised the annual Baccalaureate Service on 25 April with guest speaker former director of Divinity School of Chung Chi College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Professor Lo Lung-kwong, who shared on the topic of “Hostility & Reconciliation”.

In his speech, Professor Lo said that hostility can be a part of human nature. Hatred arising from hostility could invite anger and revenge which will drive people into a dilemma. Professor Lo said the attitude a person adopts can solve this dilemma. Reconciliation is the core message of Christianity and can be achieved by: shouldering the result of sinful acts; confessing sin; not calculating one another’s sin; and forgiving and accepting one another.
